Hello! My name is Justin, and I'm currently studying at Aoyama Gakuin University here in Tokyo. I'm from Oregon in the USA. Oregon is just above California and is a very beautiful place, however there are only 4 million people living in Oregon compared to Tokyo which has 25 million! I’m majoring in Economics (経済) and Psychology (心理学) . I’m also minoring in Japanese and Computer Science. I love to eat and go snowboarding! Sushi is my favorite food, so I am very happy in Japan and don’t want to go back to the USA. Japan has so many interesting things to see and do! I want to go to Okinawa to enjoy the beach and go scuba diving. I have a scuba diving license, but no one to go diving with. I also want to go to Hokkaido in the winter, I hear it is very beautiful there.
I currently live in a dorm in 亀有 on the JR Joban line, one station off of the Chiyoda line. It takes about an hour to get to school every day, so I want to move closer to the 表参道 area if possible.
My favorite class at 青学 is 書道, but I am so horrible at it! I also like to play 囲碁 but I never seem to have the time to do so. On campus I joined a ski circle, and went to Nagano in goldenweek for a ski trip that was pretty fun too.
I like to hang out with friends and have a good time, doing things with friends is always better than doing things by yourself! I look forward to meeting and talking with you. Hope to see you soon!
