Hey guys!

My name is Nat! I was born and lived in Thailand until I was 12, which explains my preternatural ability to survive culinary hazards of the spiciest degree. After that my parents decided, for some reason unbeknownst to myself and the rest of the world, to ship me half way around the world to study in the States; to be more specific, a lovely little place that goes by the name of Tejas (or Texas for anyone who doesn't like to remember the original names of places) . During my time there, I learned to ride horses, fence and the most importantly...cook!

Currently I am exchanging quite a bit of currency for knowledge as an exchange student at Sophia University and trying desperately to get a degree in Finance. With Tokyo's notoriously high prices on just about anything, I might just become a pro in no time! My dream goal is to become an adventure capitalist, either that or open a restaurant. I'm not sure yet. In my free time, I love to cook, talk about cooking and eat the food that I cooked. Besides that I like to travel around to difference places, eat different kinds of food, and talk to local people (not eat them, I'm not a big supporter of cannibalism)
